Things about Colorsigns related to Elections…

  1. Colorsigns are unique identifiers. No John Jones or Jane Johnson type misidentifiers.
  2. Colorsigns are time specific. None existed prior to 12/15/1980 as a concept.
  3. Colorsigns are place specific. There will always be a geographic place of issuance.

Because of this, we know:

You should be able in a Federal Election, walk into any precinct anywhwere in the USA and get the right ballot for where you live. It may not be counted the same day, but it will be counted.
